I think we can put some settings in the dialog like this: pasted image

Examplescenario renderer is for locally previewing a diagram - really handy
pandoc.exe is used to convert doc/rtf to xhtml
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 27 2019 at 18:10):
but I don't know if the settings form is / should be used,
or if we should just ask users to edit a .ini file on notepad (so that we do not have to maintain yet another form)
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 27 2019 at 18:10):
thoughts?
Grahame Grieve (Oct 27 2019 at 21:35):
do we need an external markdown editor?
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 10:05):
we could launch it, just pointing to the file..
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 10:15):
for me, for example, it's just a way to run typora (or other) to edit a page.
Grahame Grieve (Oct 28 2019 at 13:56):
what does it do? 2 way editing? we have a markdown editor and a markdown processor....
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 14:05):
hmmmm.. so as we edit an IG, we can add a file by pointing to a file (.md). The idea was just to "launch this file on the external editor", that simple. Just to allow people to do their wysiwyg.
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 14:06):
the IG editor is not editing the content of the pages, just composing the page structure. So this external editor is just a way to look at the pages and edit as needed.
Grahame Grieve (Oct 28 2019 at 14:08):
ah I thought you were talking about elements that were markdown
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 14:14):
goodness, no.
Jose Costa Teixeira (Oct 28 2019 at 14:14):
