can anyone help on this problem ?
the first is the MCM variable not initialized with Create ...
when i try fix with change MCM to TMarkdownCommonMark.Create directly then ther error show up

the last error will show same when i initialize the MCM with MCM := TMarkdownCommonMark.Create
not sure what the problem on there
