Someone asked me about FPC support the other day.... it's hard to imagine having FPC/Lazarus support until FPC supports the active records in FHIR.Support.Decimal and FHIR.Support.DateTime

well, actually, they've fixed that, and some of the support library compiles under FPC... but not some key parts
