In the bottom left corner of the FHIR index page, we have this little section:

This is wrong now - we just have the one link, for everyone. I'd like to correct all the published versions of the FHIR spec to have just one link to the IG registry

Because we're no longer constraining the FHIR registry to HL7, Affiliates & FHIR Foundation?

We certainly don't have the whole set of stuff that's in Simplifier

I guess we'd add registry.fhir.org as the second link

The first link points at the registry that contains far more than just HL7, affiliates and fhir foundation. E.g. IHE.
The wiki (confluence) was pointing at IHE profiles, but the profiles have been in the registry for over a year. So although IHE welcomes double visibility, it is overhead that is hard to keep consistent.
The question is if we think there will be a need for the confluence method, or if everyone can get into the registry easily enough? Right now getting into the registry is not as easy as editing a confluence page. I think it should be considered far better to make the registry singularly the place.

right. the registry is the only place.
