Topic: Which FHIR resources to use for some items (e.g., gauze)?

Hi all, I hope you are doing well.
We are working on a system in which we want to indicate the use of items for orders such as "wound gel, skin prep, saline gauze, and transparent film dressing". Which FHIR resources should we use to represent them? Medication, Device, Substance or other FHIR resource?
Example of order: "Wound gel to left elbow. Protect surrounding skin with skin prep. Apply damp saline gauze, then dry gauze and secure with transparent film dressing."

Gauze and dressing would be devices. Wound Gel would probably be Medication. Not sure about skin prep
