Topic: Subscription Backport Block Vote 1
Gino Canessa (Mar 15 2021 at 19:21):
Hi all, posted the first round of items for a block vote: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIRI/Block+Vote+1 . Note that each issue should have a comment with a link to the commit and draft PR in github to see the changes. If anything should pulled for more changes / discussion, please let me know. Thanks!

Jira project doesn't exist or you don't have permission to view it.
This is what I see when I am signed in and follow the link above :/
Lloyd McKenzie (Mar 15 2021 at 20:44):
Gino, make sure you've shared your filter. And actually, please paste the list of items. While pasting a filter is nice, it's not sufficient for a vote record because filters can change (and what they evaluate to include can also change)
Gino Canessa (Mar 15 2021 at 21:01):
Blah, copied the filter and forgot to share it. Thanks, fixed! (@Josh Mandel )
Josh Mandel (Mar 15 2021 at 21:01):
Thanks!
Josh Mandel (Mar 15 2021 at 21:03):
I'm playing with Jira's "Export" options for inclusion of a snapshot here. There's no good "markdown for zulip" export ;-)
Gino Canessa (Mar 15 2021 at 21:05):
If it's preferred to list them here, it's probably easier for me to pull my working list over instead of that one.
Josh Mandel (Mar 15 2021 at 21:06):
[Jira Query -> PDF Export -> Copy]... was... OK
Gino Canessa (Mar 15 2021 at 21:06):
Or that :surprise:
Josh Mandel (Mar 15 2021 at 21:08):
Block Vote Items
Lloyd McKenzie (Mar 15 2021 at 22:07):
Oooh. Fancy
Josh Mandel (Mar 15 2021 at 22:37):
(Anyone who wants to be fancy like me can choose "View source" or hit e
on the message to see how it works. H/T to Gino for the suggestion ;-))
Eric Haas (Mar 15 2021 at 23:30):
I do 1)export 2) regex + replace to markdown 3)post to Zulip, @lloyd can we do regex downloady thing in JIra to get markdown ready file in single button in Jira?
Eric Haas (Mar 15 2021 at 23:30):
I guess could go the pandoc route too
Lloyd McKenzie (Mar 16 2021 at 05:22):
Having a handy "export block vote" function is on the list of "to do" features for managers. (Along with an 'apply block vote' option that'll copy the vote and date across all issues part of a block and perform the appropriate transitions on them - and holler if any aren't eligible to transition.). Don't have a specific estimate on when it'll be available.
Yunwei Wang (Mar 19 2021 at 17:47):
@Gino Canessa Is this for conference call on Mar 22nd? or 29th?

@Yunwei Wang , I'd like to have it on the 22nd if possible - that will be a full week from the announcement.
Eric Haas (Mar 22 2021 at 15:26):
hey @Gino Canessa for a block vote you need to provide a:
1) resolution
2) resolution description ( ..and I don't think it is sufficient to just point to a PR )
Eric Haas (Mar 22 2021 at 15:28):
and technical corrections can be auto-approved without a vote!
Gino Canessa (Mar 22 2021 at 17:26):
Ok. Updating now.
Also, pulling FHIR#31438 since I haven't heard back from Bas.
