Topic: SMART Web Messaging Weekly Call
Carl Anderson (Jan 27 2021 at 22:19):
Creating a new topic just for this scheduled call.
Carl Anderson (Jan 27 2021 at 22:21):
First, I wanted to know if one of the FHIR-I chairs would be available on Friday Feb 05 from 11:00 EST - noon. Josh is available for the second half of the regular 2-hour timeframe, but if no other chair can make it - we will have to meet for the second half only.
Carl Anderson (Jan 27 2021 at 22:21):
Also, there will be no call this Friday due to the WGM
Carl Anderson (Jan 29 2021 at 15:56):
@Rick Geimer @Lloyd McKenzie @Yunwei Wang - would any one of you be available to chair a SMART web messaging meeting for an hour on Feb 05 from 11:00 - noon EST? I'm assuming Josh would take over when his previous meeting wraps up. If not, I'll just schedule the meeting from noon - 1:00 EST. Thanks!
Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 29 2021 at 21:49):
I'm afraid I have a conflict :(
Carl Anderson (Jan 29 2021 at 22:06):
No problem - I'm sending out the invite for the second hour only. Thanks!
Yunwei Wang (Feb 01 2021 at 19:44):
@Carl Anderson @Josh Mandel Do you mind me moving SMART Web Messaging meeting notes to its own folder? So it is easier to find and organize SWM minutes.
Yunwei Wang (Feb 01 2021 at 20:00):
Thanks. Here is SWM's new home: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIRI/SMART+Web+Messaging+Minutes
Carl Anderson (Feb 05 2021 at 19:51):
Thanks to everyone who made it to the call today - apologies to anyone who missed the note that it was delayed an hour. Next week will be the usually-scheduled time.
Carl Anderson (Feb 05 2021 at 19:56):

Carl Anderson (Feb 08 2021 at 21:48):
One further item to come from Friday's meeting was the topic of how to best describe the scratchpad concept in the spec.
I've started a gdoc with a first take at potential new wording. If you're interested in helping me flesh out the description - here's a link to the doc so far.

Carl Anderson (Feb 25 2021 at 23:20):
For tomorrow's 2 hour call - I will be unavailable for the first hour, so I propose we meet for the second hour only. Sorry for the short notice - I only realized today that I was double booked with a medical appointment.
See you in the second half!
Carl Anderson (Feb 26 2021 at 20:26):
I didn't do a good job announcing the change of start time on this. Sorry @Bas van den Heuvel @ryan moehrke @Josh Bagley @Dr. Ivan S. Zapreev Brian Phinney and all the other regulars. Next week we'll be back as usual and will possibly be ready to wrap up the last of the ballot issues. :fingers_crossed:
