Does anyone know the sequence of committees that need to approve a FHIR-I PSS?

Depends on the nature of the PSS :) Sponsor, co-sponsors, sponsor steering division, US Realm if it's US, ARB if it has existing content, management group for whatever product families it involves (if it's FHIR, CDA or V2), TSC

Though if you make significant changes, you need to revisit with groups that approved based on the older version.

It's for FHIR Shorthand, so the next stops should be Infrastructure Steering Division and FMG, I believe...
