I have prepared the SMART Web Messaging IG, taking it through the CI / auto-build process.

I would request that FHIR-I include this topic for discussion in next Monday's agenda. Also, if you have any feedback for the spec prior to ballot, I would like to initiate the process to collect it from the sponsoring group. I'll also be requesting the same from the co-sponsors shortly.
