Is it possible to move List FMM up? It seems to be being used in many projects, so the FMM 1 seems to not be representative of current use. (Note that IHE MHD now uses List for both Folders and SubmissionSet).

I would like 5, but do understand that might be too far. but it would seem 3 or 4 is reasonable.

List is being used, but it's not seeing significant use yet for the primary purposes it was created for (allergy, med and problem lists), so I'm not sure we can safely say that it's been fully vetted against the full range of use-cases.
