For the next FHIR-I call I'd like to put the Bulk Data spec publication request on the agenda. FYI @Ricky Sahu and @FHIR-I Co-chairs. Is there a form we need to fill out for this?

Lynn has pointed me to the form, but the form assumes approval from the workgroups + management group. I want to know whether there's something formal the workgroup + management group would review in granting their approval, or if it's just "Hey, we'd like to approve bulk data" ?

There are several details I'm not sure about, such as:
Balloted Name of the standard for which request is being made Requested name for published standard If CMET, list IDs balloted COCT_MTxxxxxx Project Insight Number Document Realm

Ignore CMETs. realm and project insight you can look up in the HL7 Project Database (google it). Balloted name you can find on the ballot desktop. Requested name is what you want it to be known as and indexed as henceforth.

FMG will review the publication request, as will the responsible work groups. We'll also review the frozen draft of the material. You should ensure there are no errors or warnings in the publication.

Thanks @Ricky Sahu -- I'll delete mine. where did the ballot participation numbers come from? I doubt we had 850 participants :-)

Also, is that reconciliation spreadsheet you linked to the same as the one I uploaded to the Ballot Desktop? If not, why/what is the difference?
