OperationDefinition.parameter.referencedFrom.sourceElement is a new element added during ballot reconcilation. the name of this element is problematic for the reference implementations because we all generate x and xElement. Now xElement is valid element name, and that's... annoying. We could ask reference implementation to deal with this, but it seems generally better just to rename it to .sourceId
