Topic: Are all parent's elements inherited by child Resource?

Looking at any FHIR resource, the root has "Elements defined in Ancestors", like this one in Citation: image.png
Does the child resource, Citation, have all the elements listed in this section? I noticed that some of "Ancestors" elements are also listed as element under the Citation, such as "jurisdiction", while others are not, such as "copyright". I would like to clarify what the difference is. Does Citation have copyright inherited from CanonicalResource?

There's a problem with this logic because if an ancestor is 'pattern', we don't necessarily inherit everything. Can you submit an issue against the 'kindling' project to get this fixed?
