The HL7 ballot spreadsheet doesn't really encourage a nice concise summary for each ballot comment.... :white_frowning_face:️
I thought of hand crafting titles for each ballot comment and could still do that...

Hmm, shooting from the hip here, but what about using the
summary(columnI) making it mandatory?Then we could construct a title as
#${column-a}: ${column-i}with labelsballotandmay-2018-ballot.

There are 118 ballot comments without a summary - what do we do for those rows?

Yea, I guess that is a problem, maybe have it in place going forward and make sure the summary is present?
