Apologies that I wasn't clear in the ballot comment.
Basically this has to do with the table in _FHIR resources in context_. I know the table is an example table, but it doesn't seem to be so clear as to why the table exists. I assume the intent was to provide a sort of template for specifying the context of a Hook; if true, then some discussion regarding why this table is included would be helpful. (E.g., "The following table is a template/example to use when specifying the context of the Hook." or something to that effect.)
Additionally, the example does not include the allFHIR context field. For completeness, a sentence should probably be included to indicate this.
