Prefetch Token: A string value of either Yes or No, indicating whether this field can be tokenized in a prefetch template.

Comment:
Consider removing this. Are there cases of non-objects contexts that AREN'T a prefetch token?

Hook context fields do not need to refer to a FHIR field or FHIR query parameter. Consider a hook that defines a hook context with some Binary data. The Binary data is a primitive JSON value (string) but cannot be used as a search parameter in a FHIR query.
