What is described is more like building a service host or platform than a service. Suggest renaming to "Building a CDS Service Host" or "Integrating CDS Services into an EHR" or something like that.

No idea. My comment doesn't seem to reference any typos. Maybe it came up in ballot reconciliation discussion, but either I wasn't there or I don't remember it.
