We are doing a mapping from CDA to FHIR based on the mappings using the https://github.com/HL7/ccda-to-fhir/blob/master/CDA-to-FHIR_mappings.xlsx from @Jean Duteau as a reference. However the last update on this was a couple of years ago and haven't change since then. Is there a latest set of mapping specification available ? Do we have an official source where the mappings from C-CDA to FHIR are published and available in a CDA to FHIR mapping format?

yes, that project was done a long time ago. There have been other projects that have created more comprehensive mappings but I'm unsure how far along they got.
