@Isaac Vetter What would you say is the current degree of maturity of the spec and reference implementation? We have received a request for FHIRcast support within the Logica sandbox and are trying to figure out if we'd be able to keep up with the spec evolution with our limited resources if we implement it at this stage.

Hey Nikolai, the reference implementation is a bit rough. I expect that we'll begin to see production implementations -- at least for the simple(r) and most widely useful use-cases (patient open/close) as soon as our STU2 finishes/gets published. That should happen over the next couple of months.

Thanks, Isaac. This matches my understanding on what to expect. I don't have details on the use case of the requester, but we are following up with them to gain understanding.
