Topic: Event catalog discrepancy

I noticed on FHIRcast.org there are discrepancies of the event catalog. In the Event Catalog section the events are defined as open-patient-chart and close-patient-chart, however in the sample HTTP transactions they are spelt as patient-open-chart and patient-close-chart. Presumably we should follow the names under the Event Catalog instead of the examples?

Apologies for not responding sooner. I just documented this as an issue, here: https://github.com/fhircast/docs/issues/38 and will write up a pull request to get this fixed.
