Is there a standard stylesheet for FHIR Documents (if so, where can it be found) ? I recall @Rick Geimer sent one around a while ago..

Thanks - that sylesheet (DocumentToHTML) is however not compliant with the FHIR spec , see http://build.fhir.org/documents.html#presentation " - it displays in the text of ALL resources in the document bundle, and not in the predefined order as defined by the spec..
