For the Connectathon, we have an open endpoint to which you can just post CDA XML documents and receive a FHIR bundle back. I'd gladly welcome questions / comments / feedback on our mapping decisions at any time this weekend. I'll be splitting my time between the Documents track (table 26) and the C-CDA Implementation-a-thon (in Pecos).
Post your CDA XML to:
http(s)://redox.ngrok.io/fhir
with a Content-Type header of text/xml (no other headers necessary)
You'll receive a FHIR Document Bundle back in JSON format.

Noticed some hits to our endpoint via GET instead of POST. I've also enabled GET for this endpoint this weekend.
