Not all IGs that profile Composition necessarily use them as documents. The Catalog IG is an example. Others might use Composition as a means to generate dynamically created documents ($document).

yes, good point. but I can't figure out a better way to find Bundle of type document... the tool is not friendly.

- Medication Treatment Plan document, Medication Prescription document, Medication Dispense document, Pharmaceutical Advice document, Medication List document, Medication Card document http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/index.html
- Immunization Administration document, Immunization Certificate document, Vaccination Record document http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-vacd/index.html
- Radiology Order Document http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-rad-order/index.html
