In Norway we are starting up with documents/notes integration with EHR, and I'm looking towards Clinical notes. I see though that US Core Clinical notes specifies read and search operations, but not so much on the write operations.
The first Norwegian use case is write from a SMART application, not focusing much on read.
My first question is if the US core implementation guide would implement write, would it lean towards using a transaction bundle or write the Binary and DocumentReference separately?
