As part of the ballot, we should switch to using HL7's new logo.
Note that Lynn already made this switch for us for the official balloted content: https://fhircast.hl7.org/
We could just replace this file: http://fhircast.org/img/hl7logo.gif with this file: https://fhircast.hl7.org/img/hl7logo.gif, but it would be better to also adjust the size so that it doesn't look squooshed.
