Comment: Request for a new event "session-timeout" event, which includes both idle-timeout and user-timeout (i.e. fixed maximum login duration). This would allow all subscribers to also timeout, in the event that user-logout event has not been initiated.

Clarify meaning of the
user-logoutevent to indicate that the user has been logged out, either through a time-out or a logout or other reasons and in the case of a user-specific session, the hub SHALL also send ahub.mode=deniedevent.Affirmative/Abstention/Negative: 14/0/0
