whats the link between https://www.hl7.org/fhir/fhirpath.html and http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/FHIRPath/index.html - more specifically the mention of FHIR Specific Variables in the former whereas it isn't mentioned in the latter

my understanding is that https://www.hl7.org/fhir/fhirpath.html details HOW FHIRPath is used by the FHIR specification. so that would define any FHIR-specific stuff whereas http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/FHIRPath/index.html is the "latest draft" of the fhirpath spec itself
