On http://hl7.org/fhirpath/#additional-functions, in example under B.3.2, are the only occurrences of "$context" and "$resource". Should those actually be "%context" and "%resource", which have definitions elsewhere on the page? (I thought I would post this here rather than open a GForge ticket directly, because there are still parts of FHIRPath I don't completely understand.)

yes. already removed from http://hl7.org/fhirpath/2018May/index.html, and corrected in new location http://build.fhir.org/fhirpath.html
