I just noticed that there are two very similar but slightly different test files:
https://github.com/HL7/fhir/blob/master/tests/resources/tests-fhir-r4.xml and
https://github.com/FHIR/fluentpath/blob/master/tests/r4/tests-fhir-r4.xml
Is there a different purpose for those two files?
Which of those should someone implementing the FHIRPath specification be paying attention to?
