I tried with (today() -dateOfBirth ) but it does not work.
Appreciate your help in advance.Paul Lynch: The page on FHIR Search (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/search.html) does not mention FHIRPath, so I am not sure that is supported. If you are asking a FHIRPath question, you might try the "fhirpath" stream.

There is a search parameter on patient birthdate can perform this, however you will need to do the calculation yourself to provide the date where you need the person to be born before.
Patient?birthdate=le1952-03-13
