What is the status of http://hl7.org/fhirpath/2018May/? I see it says "Normative Ballot". Does that mean it will be voted on in the upcoming September ballot?

That is the ballot package for the 2018May Normative Ballot. Since the reconciliation there resulted in at least one substantive change, we are taking FHIRPath back to ballot this cycle in a limited ballot (balloting only the substantive changes since last ballot).
