Is there a licence fee for NCTS and SNOMED CT? If so how much per year or one off? I am licensing as an organisation (my small IT business).

no license fee for either, though you have to register your snomed usage on the agency web site

Yes that is what I am trying to do but got stuck with long winded terms and conditions when I register as an organisation. I am a sole director company.
What is an international member country? My app is for Queensland, Australia. Is Australia an international member country?

I have SNOMED CT and Snapper licences but not Australian licence which was below SNOMED CT on registration form.
I found it. It was so long it had been truncated in my files but I pasted it into a text file.
I increased size of field so can now save the terms without truncation: MEDIUMTEXT.
