I tried it out - I drilled down on left and found SNOMED. They seem to be mainly pharmacy not simple Observation say. My app observes patient for a fall. I guess this system is to give broadbrush information about a category not specific.

It's very broad - basically gives access to all the random explicit ValueSets and CodeSystems that people have placed on our public sandbox terminology service. It can be useful to understand overlap between multiple ValueSets/CodeSystem. You can select one or more (beyond the default selected set) and then search them all simultaneously.
