- I am new to doodle so forgive me if I botched it up - used Lloyd's calendar and mine as a base. Basically M/W/Thurs at 4 look good for both of us and I have other time slots open on Thursday (11 and 1) All Eastern. But next Thursday I can't do 11 or 1 due to teaching FHIR cert course.

One of the proposed times is Sunday. (The good news is I'm clear then. But traditionally we tend to avoid calls on weekends... :) )

This looks not right. Are we selecting only a time for our first call (five are proposed, ignoring the Sunday), or a recurring time?
I think we discussed meeting every two weeks.
In general my schedule is erratic - I usually have no recurring meetings, but when I'm on airplanes to a speaking gig, no amount of persuasion will make me available :slight_smile:

Sunday date/time was a sleepy accident. For a recurring call during east coast work hours, Mon, Tues, or Thurs at 4 work for me, and Thursday at 11 or 1 but not this upcoming Thursday for 11 or 1.

Is this for the first meeting or recurring slot? (The subject line says "regular time" but if that were the case we shouldn't see e.g. multiple Mondays listed.)

Hi all, I'm going to be traveling to India for the next two weeks, leaving tomorrow. So all of my available times for the next two weeks are 12 hours opposite, and most of these will be 3AM for me. I can do some of the 9/10AM meetings. No guarantees on reception; but if we do the 30th or 4th, I should be in Hyderabad with some amount of internet.

This was a weird experience setting up a doodle. Looks like our first meeting will be Friday Oct 4th at 10AM Eastern and then a recurring meeting Thursdays at 1PM. This works well for everyone except Lisa :disappointed: Abigail - perhaps when you are back it will work for you. Attached are calendar invites.

Having them listed on Confluence is good practice. As soon as they're official, they'll also get listed in HL7's conference call tool which shows a calendar of all calls (and sends out reminders 3 days ahead each week).
