Some brainstorming ideas some may be farfetched -
Consents including advance directives
Who looked at their data
Their care plan - opportunity to add to it
Their medical data - including data beyond CCDS - clinical notes, imaging reports
Correcting their data
Uploading their medical history or other questionaires
Uploading their symptoms
Uploading their notes
Uploading their device data
Uploading their care plan compliance
Uploading diet and sleep
Uploading med compliance data

-A patient might want to know that a referral or order was sent. Scenario - your doc says they plan to send something - you are alerted when its sent. You arent alerted so then you nag your doc. Other scenerio - something is sent that you were not aware of so its a nice fyi. Also, getting a copy of what was sent - you can check if its OK and make sure you have it in your phr.
