I have been told that there is an online method now available, but have not yet been given the details. This online method was quickly built because of the covid-19 restrictions.

Thanks for this, @John Moehrke. The 10 steps are mostly meta ("find a printer") rather than the correction itself, but I do like this sample letter - "4-5 beers a MONTH, not per WEEK" :-)
