This one's from the well-known advocate (and Duke researcher) Bray Patrick-Lake. Another case of six docs in five places, none of whom has her whole story, and serious med reactions that make her worry about accidents.
This is important work, folks! Just creating & connecting the plumbing won't solve it, but it sure is the start.

A new doc invites patient to review her chart.
It says she arrested during long-ago surgery.
She says no, the surgeon got arrested - by the FBI - during the surgery!
