@Grahame Grieve I ran across something recently where you proposed that perhaps every spec should have a statement of how it will impact patients' needs. Have you had any further thoughts on that? Should we in this group be making that an agenda item for ourselves?
@Lloyd McKenzie might this be relevant for TSC discussions?

I don't think it'll impact TSC discussions - and might even nudge them the wrong way. It's specifically on Grahame and my plate to put together a couple of examples for IGs we're involved with. It's been on our plate for at least 3 months. I expect it to get off my plate in either December or January. (Too darn much stuff to do! :>)

Dave, I believe proposed statement of how each proposal will impact patients' needs makes lots of sense. At a minimum, it should help us formulate strategies going forward that lift all boats!
