So, I was looking through the Epic documentation for test patients that match the usecase of ‘submitting a request to correct/amend an incorrect smoking history’, and it looks like Elijah Davis has both Smoking History records and Clinical Notes (i.e. DocumentReferences).
So, it seems to make sense to include Elijah Davis as a test patient. Big thank you if you set that up in advanced of the connectathon.

The only concern is that Elijah isn’t available via MyChart. Which makes it difficult to use the patient for the use case, if we can’t check that the records are updated as the patient would see it.
Question: Would it be possible to get Elijah registered in MyChart? Alternatively, is there an existing MyChart test patient that we could add smoking history and some clinical notes to? Maybe Derrick Lin? Is there anything that needs to be set up on the backend for us to send DocumentReferences into Derrick’s chart?
There's a general interest in fetching smoking history and clinical notes from a test patient from the big EHR vendors, so we can populate our Task.input examples with real data, so when it returns to you the Epic systems can digest the request properly.

So, I was going through the Cerner test patients, and couldn’t find one with a smoking history and clinical notes.

We don’t have terribly great visibility into patient history via the Code portal. Can you recommend a test patient that has smoking history and clinical notes? Alternatively, could we log a ticket to get somebody to add those items to an existing patient?
Same basic goal of feeding real data into the Task resources we are crafting.

If you need more data, just post on the google group and ask - someone usually will see if we already have it or create it. Though sometimes they may point out that it's data that can be written already via the API

@Abigail Watson I've added a MyChart account for Elijah. Username: fhirelijah Password: epicepic1. TBD if we'll get those credentials on the website, but we can use that patient for connectathon.

I also plan to create test patients that match the track scenarios and can load them into HAPI server and also potentially your server. Not yet sure if @Jenni Syed and @Cooper Thompson @Vassil Peytchev are planning to test the track scenarios ( - if so we can use the patients they designate. We know Abbie is also planning to test update of resources with you guys in addition and we are interested in what we learn.
