A few use-cases are being discussed to store/process patient's feedback (at a clinical level, e.g., pain level post-surgery, assessment of the experience of anesthesia, or cancer therapy, etc. ) post the treatment as part of health records. Please share any inputs and views on this scenario and help locate FHIR Resources that can be used for this purpose. Pointer to any IG/ work done in this area is much appreciated.

Besides that, please have a look at the Questionnaire resource. Outcomes from that could subsequently be captured as Observations.

Thank @Ward Weistra. Based on the requirements, I am still trying to see which FHIR resources can be used and referred to and what level of profiling may be needed.
