There seems to be an issue with opening some of the 'allContent' files in MSWord - we get a dialog asking for an encoding, but nothing seems to work. (eg allContentSection9) If you have this issue then let me know - I'll post a fix when I figure it out - or, if you're an MSWord guru and know what is happening then let me know!

OK worked it out - needed to have <html><head.... </html> - ie a proper html file (I was being lazy as word seemed to cope with fragments. I'll send out updated files to the reviewers...
