Topic: Terminology Rules
Sheila Connelly (Mar 16 2018 at 17:43):
Regarding Docs in Terminology folder...
There are tables with three columns. Rules are:
Code
lower case, use hyphens instead of spaces, such as: entered-in-error
What to do when the code reads 'biologicalAgent' - I changed to 'biologicalagent', but there should be a hyphen between the two words; yet I don't know the actual codes that are already in place.
Display
Capitalize the first letter of each important word, such as: Entered in Error
Definition
Suggest end all with punctuation, typically a period, whether a sentence or a phrase.

Following up on Sheila's terminology post, I take it that display values such as "AdverseEvent" are incorrect? Adverse Event would be the correct form for display?
