Topic: valueAttachment extension for R4

We voted to add a standard extension for valueAttachment R4. This is not a new element but rather a new choice so I am unsure how it works. How does that work technically and logistically? is it part of the CI Build and get published as a technical correction to R4 and official update to R4 or as part of R5? @Grahame Grieve ?

this is different the element is the same only an extra choice. So have a couple of issues when applying and using.
- when applying the tracker how to indicate the choice valueAttachment is Trial Use vs the element which is Normative.
