All,
Below, are the list of tracker items up for 2 of 2 block votes during the OO call on Thursday March 1 at 1pm EASTERN. Please review the dispositions at your earliest convenience. This block contains a lot content regarding Workflow pattern alignment and so review the spreadsheets attached to the trackers for the summaries of detailed proposed resolutions.
If you do not agree with the proposed resolution for an item, please let me know via email. Since we are fast approaching the deadline for the next Ballot. Pulled item will likely be deferred to the next cycle in a subsequent vote.
We will continue to triage trackers on our OO on FHIR 11AM PACIFIC time call next week.

It may be premature to defer content to R5 if it's dealing with non-normative. FMG hasn't set policy on what sorts of changes will be allowed after the ballot opens. It's almost certain that non-substantive changes will be permitted and it's possible that some types of non-substantive changes will be permitted as well. (Changes to candidate normative resources need to be much more strictly controlled.)

My preference would be to pull the "Considered for Future Use" ones until after FMG has defined the policy.
14142 - pull this. No reason to not define a smaller value set that points to v2 codes that are actually valid for the concept. Even example value sets should be limited to appropriate content - they don't have to be complete.
