Topic: feedback needed on UCUM annotations

J#27540 asks for clarification on UCUM annotations. (EG: "{Breaths}/min" or "{Beats}/min" vs just "/min"). We would like to know the implementer ramifications either way:
- Is it just the cost of using UCUM to recognize that the stuff inside the curly braces is for human consumption and bake that into your codebase?
- Would it break your system?
- Would interoperability be impacted either way?
