Topic: date reported vs sign-off date

If a lab tracks the sign-off or sign-out date of a report (ie. when the authorized healthcare provide finalizes the report) independently of when they "send" or "publish" the report to the ordering physician. Is there a way to capture these two dates in the Diagnostic Report?

I think that finalising the report would go in DiagnosticReport.issued, and the publishing date would be recorded outside the resource, for example in MessageHeader or AuditEvent.
