Is this the right stream to post questions about FHIR Risk Assessment http://hl7.org/fhir/riskassessment.html vs FHIR Observation for Capturing Risk Assessment (simple?) observation such as Risk of kidney failure using codes in this panel: https://loinc.org/85626-0/

Would it be OK as an Observation Resource with Component observations? I know LOINC has fairly specific Rules about use of codes within a panel and allowed answers ... and it is more clear how to do that in Observation vs Risk Assessment @Rob Hausam @Robert McClure @Swapna Abhyankar @Michelle (Moseman) Miller

Also, wrt Care Plan - the Risk Resource is referenced by Goal, yet not by Health Concern - I would suspect the Risk of Kidney failure (for example) is more of a Health Concern than a Goal :-) @Dave Carlson

@Gay Dolin I agree that this is a Condition (health-concern). Looks like you could use Condition.evidence.detail to reference the RiskAssessment as evidence for this concern?

I feel like like the Risk Assessment Resource is different (more complicated) than for this LOINC code based assessment of risk and the LOINC codes and answers fit well withing the Observation with component observations. I think the Condition Resource identified as a health concern would represent the Risk itself in the Care Plan? So - the health concern with condition.category and then the Risk Observation could be referred to as you state with Condition.evidence.detail
