In some cases in our reporting, as a Laboratory, we will have a accompanying text that will need to be written on the report for a particular Observation. The conditions that change the value of the text might be on other Observations or Questionnaire data. Where do you guys think the best place to implement this? Just for your information we are using Composition to organize the data points required to build our reports.

Also, I am not sure what value on the Diagnostic could be used to impart this information.

If it's specific to a single Observation, then put it in Observation.note
