MnM (with review from vocabulary) has developed formal methodology around the choice of datatype and binding strength when designing resources. This methodology was developed in response to these gForge issues (among others): GF#16700, GF#16703, GF#16706 and GF#16709
Now that the methodology exists, we've transferred responsibility back to OO to decide on the resolution to these ballot comments based on the now formally approved methodology. (@Ioana Singureanu @Jay Lyle)
