Hi @Eric Haas and @Lloyd McKenzie ,
we are trying to wrap up the content for the CDISC Lab IG (September ballot), but found that one of our extensions is missing from the r4 pages. This was for event-researchStudy. It was in the ballot #2 list: http://hl7.org/fhir/2018Sep/extension-event-researchstudy.html but the link listed on that page for its future home gives a 404 error. Was this implemented? If not, could it be implemented (soon)?

If its not there won't be published until R5. I won't realistically be able to work on trackers until June.

@Eric Haas do we know why this didn't move forward, beyond ballot #2? We weren't notified of any issues or removals.

Rationale was that it was needed for more than just events - we needed it for requests too.
